Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, you may return the unopened product within 30 days for a store credit less shipping costs. If you would like to exchange a product please send an email to returns@sdcards4cheap.com. Please state the reason why you would like to exchange the product, which product you would like and the order number. The order number is located in the account under Order / Billing History. After we receive your request we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Return Policy
All item return requests must be done within 30 days post purchase. For a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 15% restocking fee you must contact returns@sdcards4cheap.com within 15 days of shipment. For an exchange you must contact returns@sdcards4cheap.com within 30 days of shipment. When contacting us for a refund/exchange please provide us with an order number and the reason why you would like an exchange or refund. The order number is located in the account under Order / Billing History. After we receive your request we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Manufacturer´s Warranty
Although SDCards4Cheap LLC does not offer an extended warranty, most of the manufacturer’s we carry provide a warranty. All of the warranty’s are located on the package or located on our website under the product description.
